2026 Canadian Sync Awards Nominees, Performers and Impact Award Announced, PLUS Sound + Vision Panels & Schedule!

The 2026 Canadian Sync Awards will take place on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at The Concert Hall in Toronto, Ontario and feature live performances from three acclaimed Canadian acts: Cat Clyde, Miesha and the Spanks, and La Sécurité. The GMSC is proud to present Serena Ryder with this year’s GMSC Impact Award.

Congrats to all of this year’s nominees! The GMSC is also excited to announce the panels and schedule for the first in-person Sound + Vision sync education day.

Congratulations to the Canadian Sync Awards Winners!

On Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 at Annabel’s in Toronto, the Guild of Music Supervisors, Canada, with Departure Festival, held the 2025 Canadian Sync Awards, celebrating music supervisor excellence and the sync community in Canada for their FIFTH awards ceremony. Featuring performances by Goldie Boutilier, Thunder Queens and Sebastian Gaskin, and honouring Broken Social Scene with the IMPACT Award, it was a phenomenal night of music and community.
